CERTIFICATION ET REPAIR:
.Guarantee 12 months for all items except electric hoists (24 months) and covering all parts recognized as being deficient and excluding normal wear and tear.
.All items considered as machines as defined by the EC Directives are delivered with CE marking, certicate of conformity and hand book (Warning).

All returned items must be sent to us with carriage paid by sender.
The quote for repair will be sent out within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item.
.In the event that repair is not accepted, the following amounts are invoiced per unit in order to cover our administrative costs :
Manual chain hoists manuels:........................................................................35.00€ net HT
Electric chain hoists. : .................................................................................70.00€ net HT
.All items not repaired within 4 weeks following the date of the quote will either be returned to the sender (following your agreement) or scrapped.
